“We were exceptionally fortunate to have T&K Services build our new home. Truans energy, enthusiasm and passion for his profession were the attributes that stood out for us when we first spoke to him. We found that approach to be absolutely genuine and authentic as we planned then progressed with the build.

We asked for a number of changes along the way. Rather than discourage us, Truan would do all he could to accommodate our requests especially when he believed it would enhance the finished product. He was an excellent communicator throughout the job, had great relationships with and respect from all of the subcontractors.

He has extremely high expectations around quality and he and his team seem to relish a challenge. They are very good problem solver’s and take immense pride in their work. They are perfectionists. For example we had so many comments about how straight the walls were from other tradespeople relying on a good job to enable them to carry out their part of the project.

Underlying all that, Truan has a great way of making an insurmountable problem seem possible with total openness and transparency (and a great sense of humour). He was always available to discuss even the most trivial matters. We felt very much included in all aspects of the build and there were no nasty surprises (apart from the ones we created ourselves).
Without exception we received high praise about T & K Services work from almost all of the trades that followed on with finishing touches.
